This is a very unique hair salon. It’s clean.temperature evenly regulated.All the associates are trained professionals in their area of expertise. Each associate gets to know each client by name on sight after second visit. You receive personal attention as soon as you walk in. These professionals work hard to give you what you want. If at first you are not happy the corrections are satisfied,in most cases on the house.
I have been a client of Smiley for so long that we are now friends (20+ years)!! She listens to me and ensures that she understands exactly what it is that I want, no matter how crazy the idea is. She is able to flat iron my curly hair to make sure it remains straight until I return. She is also a wiz as a cookie specialists!! Trust me, you're gonna love her!!

I had a horrible experience. I have alopecia and went for a consultation with the owner. We agreed on a weave installation. During the consultation I was ensured glue would not be used. However, when she removed the installation, about 6 inches of my hairline from ear-to-ear was ripped out. Needless to say I was devastated.
