I'm confused. I'[m reading the reviews and READY to make an appointment. In response to the reviews, they say they shampoo and condition for all services, but on their website in the description of the services it says, "Does not include shampoo & style". This makes me not trust them...either you do or you don't...which is it?! Also, since when does shampooing and styling someone's hair is "extra". Another nickel and diming hair salon!!
I have been going to Smiley's for a long time. I have never left disappointed with my hairstyle. I love the family atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff.

Dejah and I realized I have actually been a client for about three years!! My hair has grown exponentially since she’s been my loctitian and I always enjoy my visits to Smiley’s. All of the stylists and owner are so friendly. It’s like coming to visit family.
