Great place and prices are reasonable. Employees topnotch.
Unhelpful and rude staff. Most items were way over priced. It didn't seem as if they wanted to sell anything.
Kind of a rude staff. Not very friendly or helpful. They skulked around the corners, following us, as if we were bandits filling our pockets with old things. Not once were we asked if we needed help finding anything. Maybe change the name to frowny's?
They expect shoppers to lock up their purses in order to be allowed to shop - not cool, & will never go back.
Not like any malls used to be. Not strong inventory like days past. Breeze thru for a hidden gem, but too much yardsale and modern day filler.
We've never walked put of Smiley's empty handed! There is so much to see and most items are reasonably priced. The employees are friendly and helpful! :)
Absolutely atrocious customer service requires that purses either be left in car or locked in a locker... Will make sure that everybody I know is made aware of this ridiculous and insulting requirement.
