I made an appointment in advance and wasn’t seen for 30 minutes. My sister told Wendy exactly how she wanted her French tips with the color and NO pink and she put pink without asking. She kept slapping her hand away and told her “quit looking at what I’m doing you’re going to mess up your nails”. Very rude and very disrespectful. They also over charged both of us, I got a fill with gel polish and she got gel French tips and we were charged over $125. They won’t be getting our business ever again.

I brought my mom to get her nails done, they took her in so fast. Got her done fast and did a fabulous job.. I definitely recommend this place.
Thu and Tina are amazing!! My mom and I went in for pedis and manis, and they are so nice and have quality services! Super clean, friendly, comfortable experience! Our first visit we decided that this was our new nail place!! Highly recommend!! Edit: I also have gone to J, and shes so happy and fun! She takes her time with trimming and cleaning up the nail beds! We had such a good time with her!
I’ve been going here for over 6 months, and the last few times I’ve had to sit and wait over 45 minutes to even be seen. I make an appointment every time and still have to wait. They overbook because they want more money from people and there’s been multiple times I’ve seen techs working between multiple clients because they’re overbooked. I’ll be going elsewhere where it won’t take me 2 hours just to get a fill.
