I’ve been coming here for years and usually always have a great experience, which is why I’m really disappointed with my visit today. I normally get a French tip, and after showing the nail tech a picture of what I wanted, the result looked completely different. The French tips were way too thick and weren’t even fully covered, with spots missing along the sides of my nails. Literally the best in McHenry county! They not only do an incredible job, they are very friendly and efficient. In and out in 90 minutes with my daughter and I getting manis and pedis, and it’s daughter getting the most incredible nail design!! Love them!!!
