Dr. Smiley is the best dentist I’ve ever had. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Janeil is my favorite hygienist. They are also very patient and great with children.
Not very compassionate, told me how I should feel a lot better about an ill fitting crown and basically said it was all in my head about it not fitting right. Also suggested that I should get a root canal which was not necessary. Basically I felt that she was too focused on her bottom line. On a positive note, now I'm with a much better practice so it all worked out!
Dr. Smiley and her office personnel are wonderful! Highly recommend her as your dentist!
Smiley is Just OK, only go if you just need routine cleanings. If you need any work done she is not that great, you can research this dentist and find out that she participates in a group that meets to learn how to maximize profits for dentists. Precision Dental is really the best in the metro for dental work and they do their owns crowns in house with the result being perfect.
Excellent, from the receptionist to the dentist. I have had several dental procedures that were absolutely pain free. A great decision on my part to move my dental care to Dr. Smiley three years ago.
1. Lab they use for dental guards is so terrible that I had to go back multiple times to get it fitted. 2. Malory?, the receptionist, leaves MUCH to be desired; VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE. She should be let go. 3. Staff that handles insurance is not very inefficient. 4. Dentist is okay; she just need better support group. I have moved on to overall better service provider.
