Smiley Electric was prompt in their communication and offered genuinely helpful customer service. They provided a quick quote and took the time to walk through every detail with me. I ultimately chose not to move forward with the project, but I’d gladly reach out to them again in the future to compare rates or explore new options.
They attended to us quickly and gave us an appointment that same day. We paid $300 for them to come and look at the job; they originally said it would cover one hour of work. The technician saw us the first time for five minutes. During that visit, he assured us we would receive a $200 credit, but when we received the quote, they didn't give us that discount. In August 2025, our company worked with Smiley on a very small, straightforward power-pole installation for a local business. Communication and scheduling leading up to the job didn't raise any concern. Once on site, Smiley arrived unprepared and late. However, this didn't draw much attention since things like this happen.
