I highly recommend the dentist service at smiley on Fredericksburg the staff is great they attended to all your needs very friendly and the doctor does a great job I was in pain for one day only I'm healing perfectly with no pain what's o ever and I had my toride remove great job .

I started going to smiley because a friend spoke so highly of them, but honestly wish I would’ve gone somewhere else now. Staff is nice and friendly however wait times are long. I switched insurances in the middle of getting aligners, I’ve called and asked multiple times for my insurance to be updated and to be updated on what my new insurance will cover for the aligner treatment and have not been able to get an answer. I have asked about this issue atleast FIVE times. They always say they will call back and never do. At thi... read more
My childs appointment has been rescheduled twice w/o any call or warning wasting my time going there for it to be either “closed”or “ the dentist on duty doesn’t work with medicaid “ ! Very frustrating
