This appointment was a complete waste of time. I had an appointment at 1:00 pm, but they asked me to arrive 5 minutes early, just to get me there at 1:30 pm. When I made the appointment on the phone, I clearly stated that I only wanted a cleaning. However, when I arrived, they wanted to run 100 tests before even starting the cleaning, just to get money from the insurance and waste my time. I won’t be returning to this clinic. The experience was much better when the other doctor was there.
