I arrived at my scheduled time of 12pm and was overlooked on the sign in sheet. I did not bring this to their attention until an hour and 20 minutes later. I didn't want to be a complainer and just thought they were running behind. So that's the first thing. Then I was asked to come back at 2pm bc the Ortho staff had left to lunch. Fine. No problem.
