Communicates with patients and their families well from ceck ins to scheduling and follow up. Explains procedures, explains reasons for delay if any. Kept my mother comfortable during visits.
I had an appointment at the Dezavala location yesterday. I normally have terrible anxiety when needing dental work I was really impressed with the level of professionalism at this dental office. I was very relaxed with Lynn the assistant, "Z" the hygienist and Dr Bui the dentist.
