Do not bring your children here! Dr Chang's staff mentioned that i had great insurance and performed two root canals on my 4 year old and never took xrays. She also did not wait for the numbing medicine or sedation to "kick in" causing unbearable pain for my daughter...her claim was she was crying because of the noise...NOT TRUE! She numbed her with a needle 3 times and waited literally ONE minute and began drilling . Her regular dentist did not see a cause for any root canals. She is never going back here!
