They never answer the phone good luck getting ahold of anyone
person who answers phones is very rude and has no customer service whatsoever. Do not recommend, would give 0 zeros.
I have went to Smiley's for years and my dad went to him before I did. They have always been amazing and acomatating. Have recommended they to others and will continue to do so.
We have used these ppl for DOT physical’s and urine testing for years. Called this morning to make an appointment lady on the phone was extremely rude couldn’t understand what I was saying so she started yelling at me I hung up on her horrible customer service would not recommend company.
Who ever answered the phone was extremely rude.
