Buyer beware! Smiley automotive does not stand behind the vehicles they sell! Purchased a vehicle 2 months ago, it came with a 6-month 6,000-mile warranty, had engine failure after 2,000 miles. Vehicle was dropped off at the closest General Motors dealer for repair. Smiley approved the repair work over the phone. Then refused to pay any of the cost after the work was underway even though the broken items were to be covered under the policies of the warranty! The experience we as a transportation company had working with Smiley Automotive Norwalk was beyond disappointing. I wish we knew who we are dealing with from the first call. The worst experience we've ever had for a long time as a transportation company. We received a call from General Manager, Jim Neuberger requiring a shipping quote for 17 vehicles afterwards referring his contact person Travis Smiley.
