I was fortunate enough to have Mr Smiley assigned to me as my public defender. From the beginning he promptly sent me information via email since I was fighting my case from another state. Mr. Smiley stayed in touch and always kept me posted about everything concerning my case. My daughter was fortunate to have Matthew Smiley as her public defender in a recent case. My name is John A and I had the privilege of working with Mr. Smiley. I had a severe F4 case which had been continuing for years.
