Dentist here. I've been working with Chris and Lisa at Smile Tech dental lab for several years now. I cannot say enough great things about them. Lisa is always willing to stop by our office, even multiple times a day, to drop off and pick up cases. Chris is also very flexible, proficient, and very helpful with any of our cases we have sent him. I've never worked with a lab that is so quick at turning around cases that look and function so well. I can't imagine sending my work anywhere.
still getting the runaround, must be why you have to pay up front, then they can do what ever they want, really disappointed with the whole situation. Very unprofessional, won't ever return phone calls, nothing but one lie after another
After trying Several different dental offices to try and get my dentures fixed because of emergency, and none of them willing to see me without a dentist referral, I contacted smile tech and they were so wonderful. They Got me right in and fixed my dentures in an hour and a half. They were very friendly and informative, answering all my questions and coming up with a solution to fix my problem. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend smile tech to anyone needing quality service without the wait. A+ 5*
