I needed a dentist on Christmas Eve for a bad toothache, and this clinic went above and beyond by staying open to see me. I had already been thinking about switching to a dentist closer to home, and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Klein and staff are always welcoming, friendly, and accommodating! They quickly identified a cracked tooth and a cavity and explained everything clearly! I love that they use numbing paste during cleanings, which is so helpful for my sensitive teeth. Everyone at this clinic has been wonderful to deal with. Dr. Klein, Roxanne, Diva and Tina at front desk. They are kind, compassionate, non-judgemental and gentle as possible with procedures. I am far less worried about dental appointments because of them.
After many bad experiences at the dentist as a kid I became very apprehensive. I had my first appointment with Dr. Klein at Smile Solvers on St. Clair Avenue West and I can confidently say that it was the best experience I ever had at a dental office. I am so glad that Dr. Klein is my dentist! He is super friendly, and professional and I always feel like I am in really good hands. I rarely experience any pain when I am there. I got my wisdom teeth out through his office when I was 34 and experienced very little pain, swelling, and was back working as usual 4 days later!
