Horrible experience. If you don't speak spanish you better have a translator app on your phone because when they come in your room to discuss your children in front of you to each other the whole conversation turns to spanish. At least the bits they don't want you to hear. I will not be back. You are better off taking your children to an actual childrens dentist then to even waste your time at this joke of an establishment considering they can't actually do anything in their office everything is a referral out. The absolute rudest front desk people i have EVER come across. It doesn't seem to matter if you are in a crisis, they simply do not care. The dentist is saw last week was very nice. The nurse checking me in was superb. But they need to get red of their entire front staff and start over!!! I hope i never need their services again.
Such a wonderful atmosphere and incredibly reasonable pricing. After being originally quote over $800 for an extraction out of Hot Springs, I called Smiles Dental and was able to get in as soon as I could for less than $200. The people here are absolutely amazing and kind.
This place is guaranteed to get as much money out of you as possible! Will not do ANYTHING on the first visit other than mess with your teeth enough to make them hurt even though you are in pain to begin with!
