Rohie was great! Well spoken, polite, professional and knows what she’s doing, plus she finished everything in less than 30 minutes! She definitely deserves a raise!
I am a former SDC member in my original experience was not good. Now that SmileSet took over and I’ve been hearing only good things about them decided to give them a try. I believe I made the right decision as a starting from Michelle the person that took me in and explained everything was so helpful and easy to understand, Knowledgeable and clear on setting expectations on the process. terrible customer service had a woman named shaquette jones helping me out there was a baby in the background the whole time she was very rude and could not answer question i had adequately i guess they just hire anybody nowadays
