I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with Smiles Pediatric Dentistry to help other parents make informed decisions. I want to start by saying that all of the staff were very kind and sweet to my children, which I truly appreciated. They made my kids feel comfortable during their visits, and that aspect of the experience was very positive. I love smiles 4 kids pediatric dentistry. My daughter enjoys coming to her appointments and the staff is amazing.
Smiles 4 Kids Pediatric Dentistry is a wonderful practice that I highly recommend. They are a very professional practice with great dentists. We had been with this practice for 20 years... the reception is also prompt and always informed.
Unfortunate experience when rude staff. Dr. Pong was pleasant, but the team was unable to put me at ease with sedating my son. The quality of care wasn’t what I expected.
Difficult office to deal with. Have had some rude experiences over the years usually involving the billing department. Have been patients here since Dr. Rubin was there but it seems things have been changing so we opted to switch practices.
