Dr Minh dau was very nice and the anesthesiologist was amazing I don’t know his name they re assured me about everything for my son being put to sleep etc

my grandson was totally at ease , this was his 2nd visit to a dentist ever and was taken care of and very nice friendly employees.

I just had the worst experience at Smilez for kids in Lacey. They basically traumatized my son, left him in the chair screaming while getting his filling fixed. Didnt try to talk him through it, didn’t talk to me at all, they let me hold his hand and talk to him,but the dentist left the room right after it was done didn’t say two words to me while I sit there and try to calm my screaming child that he just held down and didnt even try to calm down or talk through the process. Worse place ever not recommended took my daughter for a work done they didn’t do anything they said she was scared that they couldn’t have it done so the say the need to put her on general anesthesia so the can work on her she came out crying saying please mommy don’t bring me here no more she said she feel a lot of pain too plus they wanted to make an extraction with a tooth been infected worse DR ever unprofessional
Went here for two of kids appt for the first time. My only complaint is when the dental hygienes called my 6 yr old back to do X-rays she was shocked that I wanted to follow my child back and watch him, she even said she never had a parent come back with their child. Well I’m not that kind of parent, I don’t let my kids go with complete strangers anywhere regardless it being a dentist office. I would suggest letting staff know that not every parent are the same and don’t be so shocked when they have a parent follow their kid... read more
Nice staff, Very helpful. Wish they'd use the cocktail before they do the work on my kids teeth. My daughter didn't like being awake for the drilling or the shots to numb. She's sore the following day but nothing ibuprofen couldn't help with. Clean office. The front desk people could be more friendly but they weren't rude.
