The one that I hate is having to complete care forms every visit. Who has time for that. The personal information has not changed, you as the patient or parent should be able to just review already SAVED information to make sure it is accurate. There is no reason to have to reenter line by line information that should be the same, every six months. This makes no sense to me compare to other doctor offices for myself or my children elsewhere. You guys needs to do better.
Staff are very efficient and professional! From the receptionist down to the dental assistant. And of course Dr Simon is simply the best! We came in at 10:45 for an 11am appointment, for tooth (actually 2 teeth) extraction, we’re out by 11:10, no time wasted.
