To say the least, please do not trust this dental office with your mouth. I never In my life would have thought it's doctors out here that move this way with people's lively hood. I really would not recommend, it was a huge mistake on my end trusting this dental office with my oral care and I'm being as serious as a heart attack. I have been a patient of Dr. Hector's for over 16 years! Prior to finding Dr. Hector, I had a terrible experience with a dentist who was rough. Dr. Hector is gentle and explains and answers questions thoroughly. My son even enjoys his visits with Dr. Hector. My appointments are scheduled properly, and there's never a long waiting time. I honestly wouldn't even give him a one star everything that he did on my mouth is not correct He can't keep appointments he over Books people because every appointment that I am with him, he complains about how he is not rich He doesn't pay attention. I came here to get a wisdom tooth pulled , I called a day prior to see if they apply that service I was told yes , they last in the front desk was so rude and disrespectful to me , talked at me as I was a child , told me to take them plug out my ears not knowing I was hearing impaired , I get in the back room for them to clean my teeth which I didn’t ask for , to the point they made the pain in my Wisdom to hurt even more , the doctors me he was going to refer me out to get my tooth pulled , when that’s what I came there for... read more
I absolutely love Dr. Hector and I adore Mrs. Stewart, the office manager. The two of them together are amazing. I couldn't ask for a better team for my dental needs. 🥰
