Top notch place -people work here are helpful from the front desk to the dentists,cant complain about this joint and as a side note david the dental assistant helped calm me down during a kind of a lengthy procedure!
Very sad to see how all they have to say oh I'm so sorry for making this mistake. Charged my father $8,500 cash they billed the insurance 8,328? They told my dad the total is 10,500 the insurance is paying 2,000 from day one I've requested dental bills,itemized bill. They refused them. I talk to evylyn to Gloria no one could provide us with the reports and bills. Bad customer service, Went there 3 times and everytime i went they could never find my Insurance info ,they also denied Managers name after i asked to speak to her, I had to go to the extent of researching their Corporate to talk to district Manager which after speaking with her never got a return call. Its like they don't care ,dropped them and moved to a more customer service friendly and professional place.
