This was by far one of the most disturbing and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider. The behaviour I experienced was completely inappropriate and crossed serious personal boundaries. I did not feel safe, respected, or treated professionally at any point. The quality of work did not match the amount charged, and when concerns were raised, they were dismissed instead of addressed.
