Im tired of excusing the rudeness and uttered disrespect of this office. The front office is so disrespectful and nonchalant when dealing with me. They have no customer service skills or empathy. I had an appointment at 9am for my daughter to have a procedure done. I was told that her appointment was double booked with another person. I asked if we will be serviced first being we had made this appointment some time ago and the receptionist rudely answered she doesn't know. No one came to us to explain or accommodate us. Services are basic. Office is always very hot and uncomfortable. This is not the best dentist I've been to. My daughter passed out at the office after getting her teeth pulled. No after care instructions were provided. The office is outdated and probable need to be closed.
