They call me and canceled my son appointment 40 minutes before our scheduled appointment and gave me another one for 1:30 the next day I arrived 25 minutes before the appointment and was not seen for over a hour and a half. The team that work on the kids are superb. The front desk staff needs customer service classes. And fact that they canceled the original appointment was crazy.
Everyone from the from desk reception to the dentist were amazing!!! Everyone was extremely professional and very polite. Although this was my first time visiting this office and I will definitely be switching both of my sons to this location. Thank you so much!! It’s hard to find great customers service all around the board!!
