We’ve gone to this dentist for 14 years. Unfortunately, the communication here has gone down hill. There’s always scheduling conflicts and changing appointment times without notifying the patient that it needs to be changed. First confirmation text has the original scheduled appointment time and then on the day of, they send a reminder text with a different time all together. The service and communication of this place has gradually gone down over the years. They recommend unnecessary services simply to charge more, they never answer the office phone, appointments mean nothing bc you will sit in the waiting room for 30 mins-1 hour without updates or apologies, and they never have enough hygienists on duty to keep the day moving. Excellent experience! My daughter has been with this dentist for years! I really love their staff and dentists!
