Very disappointed, first of all the receptionist is unprofessional, and very rude. I had 3 appointments for my 3 kids. 2 at 2.30 pm and 1 at 3 pm. I dropped the first 2 at 2.15 and run to get my 3rd kids from school and get to the apartment at 2.40 . Now they telling me they cant take my first 2 kids cause i was not around at 2.30. They took my 3rd child and I walk out.
The staff and service were quite good. However, scheduling and locating the office poor. The office name is not listed on the directory, not just that; they operate under a different name, evolve and not smiles! That threw me off completely.
