I always have a great experience at Smiles on the Upper Westside. All the staff are friendly and professional. This was first time at their new location and I must say I'm beyond impressed. The new space is spectacular.
Best place for all your dental needs. When I say luxury, top of the class! You feel like royalty!! Staff is very welcoming and professional. The practice manager, Dental Hygenist, Dr. Mesah is beyond amazing. Everyone is knowledgeable and make you feel seen and heard. Answers all your questions and concerns. They deliver first class service!!
The dentists have great personality and are intelligent. They genuinely care about their patients and share amazing preventive medicine tips with them. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I love the new location and how they’re using medical technology to efficiently care for their patients. In my opinion, SMILES is the best dental practice in NYC.
From the moment I walked in I knew I was in a different kind of doctors office. All of the staff were kind and welcoming and the decor and cleanliness were pristine. I was treated by staff who were extremely knowledgeable and used top of the line technology to explain everything. Definitely coming back again!
