Very friendly and efficient. My wife and I had consecutive one-hour appointments. We arrived about ten minutes early. The office staff immediately took care of the appointment and financial details. We sat for about 20 seconds and a hygienist took my wife inside. 5 minutes later another hygienist came for me to start my check up and cleaning. We expected to leave in about two hours but we were out in 35 minutes. I really like this care team.
I always have an excellent experience at Smiles Dentistry in Fair Oaks. From the moment I walk in, the staff is professional, welcoming, and incredibly patient. During today’s appointment, although I was a little late, they took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.
