Went there and was told the trip would cost $400. The day of, they said $850. Then they improperly billed insurance and now they want an additional $850. Insurance said they cannot help. Multiple calls have either gone completely unanswered or I get the generic reply of "your file is on the top of the pile for the billing person to take a look at to see if we can help with the cost." I had taken my daughter to a different dentist in the area where the staff was impatient and rough so we tired this office on a family member's referral. She could see my daughter was nervous and so she took the time to show her every piece of equipment and showed her how it would feel. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with the work that needed to be done and it really made all the difference. She was able to get the work done and is no longer scared to go.
