Our daughter has had orthodontics for the last two and a half years with Smiles and we are very pleased with the final results. She had a sizeable overbite which has turned into a neat, useful bite. I was always happy with the wait time -always less than 5 minutes- though, as a parent sitting in the waiting room, the music was sometimes overwhelmingly loud. We have one more child that will need braces in the future and we have no qualms about using Smiles is Ohio again.
The staff and orthodontist were so kind and understanding to our daughter who was nervous while getting her braces for the first time.
