The front office and the back office billing needs a serious overhaul. They sent a very nasty letter claiming a past due amount which they thought was from 2018, when it was for a service from earlier in 2019 and was still being processed by the insurance. The front office manager said she is new and had been there only a month, when I discussed yesterday. We have had repeated billing issues since we started going to this practice almost two years ago.
