It is incredibly disheartening to see a dental office take advantage of elderly patients by charging them out of pocket for services that should have been handled through their insurance. Even more concerning is their refusal to refund the amounts owed after the issue was brought to their attention. Elderly patients deserve transparency, respect, and ethical care, not confusing billing practices that put them at a disadvantage. Exceeded all expectations! The dentist is gentle and knowledgeable. Constantly communication during my extremely complicated procedure. Laura is a front office gem with great skills. It was an experience beyond excellent. Let’s not forget the number two guy Joseph that makes it all work seamlessly. I’m looking forward to my next round of services.
Wonder cleaning. No complaints ever. Staff is wonderful.
