I love this dentist office and their staff. The front desk staff is always warm and welcoming. Scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs are always a breeze and pleasant. Huge shout out to my dental hygienist Kat for being so gentle and thorough with the regular cleanings. I'm always impressed with the painless experience and how clean my teeth feel afterwards. Great service. Everyone is very friendly.
I find doctors visits a bit scary and intimidating.. but the entire process, from setting up my appt to the procedure itself, went so smoothly that I forgot why I was so anxious to begin with. Dr. Tran, Ms Carol and Ana were soooooo kind and personable. I also appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were doing. And although it may not be such a big deal, I appreciate that Dr. Tran introduced himself and shook my hand. It’s the little things. Went back again today and all the ladies are so kind. Especially the hygienist today who did my work, plus the one who did it last time and all the ladies in the front! Best team ever.
The hygienist, Kat, at Smiles of Memorial is the best! She’s nice, thorough and best of all, puts you at ease while you’re in the dental chair. And who doesn’t get nervous at the dentist?! Two thumbs up!
