We love Smiles of Memorial! Dr. Tran and crew are all wonderful! They take care to schedule around our family’s needs and get everyone in together. They make us feel like part of the family when we’re there. From cleanings to crowns and everything in between we are never disappointed with the care we receive.
This team is amazing. If you’re looking for a certain level of customer service and experience this is your place. During my 4 sessions I’ve had complete so far I’ve fell asleep at 3 of them while in the chair with instruments in my month. That’s how awesome this team is. No need to be scared at this office. Can I say I’ve haven’t had to wait past 5 minutes to start procedures after arriving also. Book your appointment you will not be disappointed.
Dr. Tran along with his staff members have all been amazing to me since I started going there. Dr. Tran is really professional but also easy to conversate with. He tells me exactly what I need with every visit. From entering and exiting the clinic, I’m greeted with a warm welcome from Carol and Janice at the front desk.
