This is a wonderful dental office. Everyone is so friendly from the front office staff to the dental hygienist to the dental assistant to the wonderful Doctor Johnson. Dr. Johnson has a wonderful gentle professional way of making me feel very at ease and well taken care of.
I can’t say enough about my new dentist and office staff! Dr. Johnson. It starts as soon as you walk in to a very welcoming and helpful staff!! Very technology savvy staff as sign-in is paperless. Staff did everything via use of state of the art technology. In meeting Dr. Johnson for the first time she made me feel at easy as she asked a few questions to get to know me personally. Great smile of La mesa has the worst business practices and poor customer service standards . I was a customer of the office for over a year, I entrusted my family dental health to this office.I was informed to have a necessary procedure done, I received a call that my follow up appointment was cancelled leaving me without the necessary work to complete my procedure. Super casual and friendly, but totally professional staff. Dr. Johnson has an INCREDIBLE chair-side manner; she makes you feel really comfortable and at-ease, and is amazing at what she does. I'd gone for years with an "adequate" filling job (my first ever) that I'd gotten done at another place, but when Dr. Johnson re-did them for me last year, I was shocked at how much better her work was.
