I feel like it's okay but the cost is too damn my insurance cover 2,000 they suggested that I do dental implants I can't afford it with my income they said I believe 4800 having Insurance is rigged
I had been calling since last Tuesday to check up on my crowns and no one was picking up Thursday after calling twice all of a sudden my call started to go to voicemail. Friday someone finally contacted me, but prior to that not a peep. I go to get serviced and it took 10mins to be checked in, 45 to be taken back to a room and a whole other 20 to finally get worked on. Staff is courteous and efficient. I want to specifically shout out Jennifer. She provides clear instructions and updates as she's cleaning my teeth, so I know what's happening and if things look okay. She has also provided helpful tips for my home care. The dentist has always stressed me out, but she has really helped put me at ease.
Smiles of Fort Worth is the place to go! I went in a month ago for an emergency tooth extraction and I was working on a certain budget on top of my insurance and they helped me out so much! Everyone is so kind and understanding, Dr walks you through everything they show you and explain everything that’s going on then someone comes in to walk you through payment and options.
