Very disappointed with my experience. This was my first time going to the dentist in about 5 years. I’ve gone through some difficult mental health struggles, and sadly, my dental health got pushed to back burner. so incredibly unprofessional and unorganized.
Honestly it wasn't a great experience. They made me come back 3 separate times within a span of 3 weeks. I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning. It has been awhile since I had my teeth cleaned (shame on me for that) but on my original appointment they wouldn't clean my teeth because they said I needed a deeper clean and to book for a different day. The office is very accommodating and friendly and open. It’s a comfortable atmosphere with great people working together. The doctor is the best Denist favor ever had. Pain is not a word that is spoken around here because it never happens. No Kane is used to a level that is beyond so there is no question or worry. This is a good thing for me because the last doctor in Palatine Dr Kwon wouldn’t use it because it cost money And had me in pain all the time and told me to go somewhere else since it was taking too much time for h... read more
