Honestly it wasn't a great experience. They made me come back 3 separate times within a span of 3 weeks. I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning. It has been awhile since I had my teeth cleaned (shame on me for that) but on my original appointment they wouldn't clean my teeth because they said I needed a deeper clean and to book for a different day. The next week they just chipped off the plaque and said I needed 2 fillings so I would have to come back a different time for that. The doctor also said they would clean and p... read more
The office is very accommodating and friendly and open. It’s a comfortable atmosphere with great people working together. The doctor is the best Denist favor ever had. Pain is not a word that is spoken around here because it never happens. No Kane is used to a level that is beyond so there is no question or worry. This is a good thing for me because the last doctor in Palatine Dr Kwon wouldn’t use it because it cost money And had me in pain all the time and told me to go somewhere else since it was taking too much time for h... read more

I took my kids here before and they took xrays and failed to mention there was an infection for one. Just completely rushed everything. Gave antibiotics without giving an xray the second time. Third time, had us waiting for an hour after our appointment time. They love to chitchat and give you excuses. Absolutely lazy dentist. Very unprofessional.
