Both of my children have been with Smiles of Austin since their very first dentist appointment and we've always had an outstanding experience. Recently my youngest got his braces off, and start to finish the process was so easy and the staff was delightful. Special thanks to Dr. Franklin, Tristen, Robbie and all of the staff for the many things you've done over the years to make our family feel so taken care of.
Excellent care at Smiles of Austin I’ve only had my first two appointments at Smiles of Austin, and my experience has been amazing so far. Everyone is so kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. I’m currently in my Invisalign process, and everything is going really well. Dr. Burnett is an outstanding professional — caring, patient, and truly dedicated. I highly recommend this clinic for its excellent service, friendly atmosphere, and exceptional team.
Dr.B has changed my life. He has given me confidence and a positive attitude. I am no longer insecure about my teeth but I show off his hard effort. Unfortunately I am done with my braces journey. I will be recommend Dr. B whole heartedly. May good things come his way.
Dr. Brunson and his staff of caring assistants really swung into action when I had a dental emergency. He correctly diagnosed the problem and referred me immediately for further dental care.
I’ve had such a positive experience with this orthodontist’s office. They have always been professional, helpful, and kind. Recently, an insurance issue came up that left an unexpected balance, even though I had already paid my bill in full. Robbi, their orthodontic financial coordinator, reviewed the situation, understood it was not my fault, and generously wrote off the balance as a courtesy.
