I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Smiles of Aurora. I went to this office for a root canal procedure, and my insurance was charged for a full treatment. However, the treatment was never actually completed, and I was not informed that it was incomplete. Instead, I was told that the treatment had already been completed.
