Persistent pain and notable sensitivity in my teeth followed the fillings they did only after I had cavities filled. When I returned, the staff suggested this was normal, so I stopped visiting that dentist. After a few years, I was persuaded to try again; a new dentist found cavities behind the fillings during a cleaning. Never had cavities after that and it was localized to the teeth with fillings… were there even cavities to begin with? Prob not
I went to Dr. Charlie Malzenski because I was having pain in my tooth. After taking an X-ray, he explained that I needed a crown. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me, which made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the process. The procedure was very easy, and I received my temporary crown that same day. A couple of weeks later, I returned to have my permanent crown placed, and it fit perfectly. Never again. Staff attitude is unpleasant. My hygienist got water on my face a few times, I also needed to sit up as water was choking me. I need a bit of work done, but the office staff focused on cosmetic work. No mention of needed work. This office is clearly all about profiting at patient's expense.
Dr Malzenski is a caring and compassionate dentist. We made me feel very welcome and was very thoughtful and gentle. I recommend this practice
