Very pleased with my Visit.
The doctor I work with-she’s great! However, the office ladies unfortunately are disappointing. I asked for and estimate for 1 of my appointment and was told a certain amount over the phone. Later on they are telling me I have an outstanding balance that’s 3x more than what paid!?! Of course, they say they don’t have a record of the call with the provided estimate. If I knew it’d be this much, I would have canceled my appointment. They told me lower price so that I can come in and now I’m stuck paying for something I didn’t ... read more

On 4/23/25, I went Smiles of Arlington Heights to see the oral surgeon about having a dental implant where tooth number 30 was. All went well and inplant procedure will take 3 visits. In June of 2025, I went to Smiles of Arlington Heights and the implant procedure was started. The oral surgeon numbed me then did the implant. She had to put a filler in to maker sure the the implant stayed up. Month layer the stitches came out and pictures and x rays were taken and the implant took. She told me to come back in November.
