The tech was very aggressive, I was scraped or burned with the drill multiple times. There was a dog running around, and it POOPED ON THE FLOOR. It was minutes before any employee noticed and cleaned it. Not happy.
Let me first start off by saying I've never been to this location before. There are two nail shops I usually go to very faithfully but I wanted to try somewhere different. That was a mistake number one. When myself and my fiance first walked through the door it wasn't very welcoming but it's okay we're new faces I understand. There was two maybe three customers there nobody waiting not busy a lady walked up to us and asked what we were there for each one of us needed a fill, l I needed repair on 2 nails. I have been going here about 5 years. Excellent work and they are so very nice. I get gel manicure and a pedicure.
come here to do natural manicure & they always do a fantastic job. Super clean & overall great atmosphere!
