My elderly mother has been going to this establishment for many years and has aquired from here both her hearing aids and replacement dentures and has nothing but praise for their great work and dedication to her well being. They are always there and ready to help tweak both to increase her level of comfort. Carlos was incredibly kind and patient throughout our entire experience. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. He consistently checked in to make sure my son was doing well, which meant a lot to us. His thoughtful and attentive approach truly stood out, and thanks to him, we had an overall amazing experience.
Recently had an appointment here with my mother, and we were both very pleased with the quality of service and care. The location is convenient and the office was sparkling clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful; they are all bilingual, which was very helpful for translating. Dr. Valente was extremely personal, funny and honest with the treatment plan, which is most certainly appreciated. Highly recommend!
