Dr. Brown and Dr. Raspberry have been my dentist for years. This is my first time at their new clinic. It is an understatement to say I was very impressed. The facility is a work of art. The service makes you feel at home. I'm happy to see and be a part of their hard work and growth. I don't trust anyone else with my dental health.
Extremely disappointing experience with a pediatric dental procedure. Our child was scheduled for 7:30 a.m., yet the procedure did not begin until around 11:00 a.m. Making a toddler wait nearly four hours - especially while fasting ( no water) - is unacceptable. There was little to no communication or explanation for the delay, and the process felt poorly organized. This did not feel like care designed for children. You guys need to treat ppl in proper and truly humiliated manner as long you were given the same way. Pay attention whats in the phone calls. Make notes and if you are not sure pls follow up and dont leave the customer along with mutual nuances. If you are not sure, dont accept anything just say that clearly not bs stuff. Ppl coming to you guys not for fun, they expect to get some service thats all, otherwise why we have to waste our time and energy.
