I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at this office. I called on Friday November 21st at 9:11 AM to reschedule my daughter’s appointment that is set for 11:30 AM on Monday. I explained that I can only take off work on Monday or Wednesday, but the staff member insisted the only option was Tuesday. She even told me that if we cannot come on Tuesday, the appointment would be canceled. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. This is not how a dental office should treat parents or patients.
Waited in the chair 30 minutes after my appointed time before I finally decided to leave and the "doctor" still wasn't done working on someone else. Absurd.

Great and kind staff. Took my son and myself in right away even we have different time. Helpful too.
