I've been coming to Smiles since I came to the Bay a couple of years ago. I have a great experience here. They understand how your insurance works and explain everything well; all feels seamless and I've never had to deal with anything outside of the office. In fact, I've twice had refunds from Smiles. In addition, my appointments always start on time & my dentist explains the process behind any procedures I get done in detail and always makes me feel comfortable. Hygienist and doctor were great. Haven't seen a dentist in about a year and a half and twee did a great job. Dr. Ward was also nice and explain things in detail. Luckily no cavities but I do have a cracked tooth that I'll need a crayon later on. Well very comfortable office
Really friendly staff that does a great job explaining the status of your teeth. They also focus on making sure you’re comfortable and at ease with all the procedures
