Great staff! I finally like going to the dentist!
Very happy with dentist and dental staff feel very safe.
They never provided my wife with a dental plan saying the work they were doing would cost 600 out of pocket, after both insurances. So I guess they are not much of a family dentist, as they told me she agreed to it. So they don't want spouses talking over dental finances.
I have been a patient of the clinic for three years. In that time the staff that worked on me have been great But the problem I keep having is the billing. I have great insurance but the first services preformed they billed my insurance under another patient's name who was never seen... My PHI and billing was done under another person's name! Over one year later I got a bill for this error clinic stating that they were sorry but they had billed my insurance under the wrong member's name and found mistake and I owed the $265.... read more
