RecommendedIn Summer 2019 we applied, paid the nearly $700, and received an acceptance letter. After not hearing from the doctor for 3 months, I contacted them and they told me not to call again. In January 2020 I started calling SCL to get money back. No one answers the phone except for 2 hours a day T-Th. They do not return emails in the 3 days they say they will. What a colossal waste of time. We were in the "process" for over a year. When the orthodontist screening was scheduled we were told by the orthodontist that he would be eligible, but they had already accepted their max number of participants even though it was only Jan 15. They then proceeded to give us a sales pitch with a payment plan. We did not proceed with them per the original instructions from SCL and a few weeks later received a rejection letter with absolutely no explanation as to why.
