I do not recommend this dentist. During my initial exam, I clearly explained my medical history and my consistent reaction to antibiotics, specifically that I develop yeast infections when taking them. At that time, he verbally acknowledged this and agreed with prescribing the necessary medication treatment plan. This place gets 0 stars, I just can’t believe how unbelievably rude that receptionist lady was to me about my monthly payments, she gave me attitude because I wanted to do a plan since I had the option to do so instead of paying in full, I think her name was Ivonne, she seems desperate for money because she was trying to trick me into paying in full when I told her specifically that’s not what I wanted to do. Okay, I don't usually write reviews but.. Dr. Martell is AMAZING!! His office is super clean & organized. Ivonne, is so understanding and accommodating with scheduling. And they have financing options! I get dental anxiety, like who doesn't right? Every visit I have, I'm relaxing, watching Netflix while my treatment is getting done. Dental anxiety OVER! Feels just like home. It's definitely 5 star service all the way through! I recommend the whole family! Who wouldn't want to get treated so well at a dental office!
