Dr. Soileau is "proud" of making his patients' crowns in his lab. One of mine cracked just over a year or so after I paid BIG bucks for four crowns. (I'll shorten this, but there so SO much wrong in with the practice; I don't know how he is still in business.) I asked my new dentist for a photo of the cracked crown. I was seen by Dr Soileau for the first visit and decided to not return for future treatment from him. There were $3,000 in charges that I paid for future treatment which I did not receive, his office has yet to return to me. This is for services not rendered which is clearly medical fraud. After contacting him personally and his office for a refund, they simply would not return the money paid.

I wanted to give him zero stars but app would not allow me. This dentist is only good for getting a cleaning. Had crowns put in and the bite was off. He kept sand it down to fix which weakened the crown. In less than 14 months the crown broke an now can’t get him to talkto me. Not even man enough to talk to a patient after he screws your mouth up. Very bad dentist and businessman.
