Thorough initial exam and unlike any dentist developed treatment plan including natural options!
After being told by another area dentist that I needed a deep perio cleaning instead of my regular 6 month cleaning, I wanted a second opinion so I scheduled a visit to Dr Hazen's practice on a neighbor's recommendation . Their office wanted my Insurance card as well as $75.00 to make an appointment for an evaluation.
