After being told by another area dentist that I needed a deep perio cleaning instead of my regular 6 month cleaning, I wanted a second opinion so I scheduled a visit to Dr Hazen's practice on a neighbor's recommendation . Their office wanted my Insurance card as well as $75.00 to make an appointment for an evaluation. I’ve been going to Smiles by Hazen for 3 years now. Best dentist I’ve ever gone to. All staff are very professional and friendly. Everything is explained in detail and they always ask if I have any questions. I’m very nervous having dental work done. I had a crown redone yesterday and it was so easy and uneventful.
