CREW WAS VERY NICE. THE PRICES IS WAY TO HiGH. AND MY TOOTH IS STILL IN MY MOUTH. I PAID 104.00 AND MY INSURANCE WAS BILLED FOR 120.00 FOR A FEW XRAYS AND A SCRIPT OF ANTIBIOTICS. DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO PULL MY TOOTH WHICH WOULD BE ANOTHER 244.00 NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE BACK
Despite his not being an existing patient (I am), when my husband needed clearance for a cancer treatment. Dr Hazen fit him in right away and the office got all the work done prior to his treatment. We are very grateful!
Update on my previous review. I had another appointment today. The dentist came in to talk about my review. I relayed what I experienced. She seemed genuinely concerned. She asked if there was something she could do. I told her no, (I'm not trying to get anything free). When I went to checkout the receptionist said the doctor covered it. I really appreciated that.
