I like the hygienist and the dentist. The problem is the billing. I'm told I have a $350 credit. Then go to checkout and it's now only a $90 credit. It's not the first time it's happened. I cant understand why I should ever have a debit or credit. I pay in total after every visit with a debit card. The billing situation needs improvement.
I have been treated by Dr. Hazen, since moving to Mt. Dora 10 years ago. The office is modern, impeccably clean and the office staff is always helpful, friendly and professional. Dr. Hazen (her Assistants and Hygienists) is extremely knowledgeable about dentistry and the most modern and updated technology and procedures. Excellent “bedside manner,” also!
I have been driving over 15 miles to Smiles by Hazen for these reasons. Friendly front office staff.All the staff work as a smooth working team. The environment is clean and tastefully designed. Dr Hazen is professional and friendly. She keeps up on dental developments . Her tools of the trade are state of the art. She takes dental insurance.
